Staff very young and inexperienced. Staff's inability to deal with out of control guests.
Hotel rooms were very small - but made use of the space and very clean. If staying for the weekend might want to check if there will be large parties staying due to a wedding or party - banquet hall one building over. There were drunk loud guests that were running up and down the hall yelling and mad. Took the staff over an hour to get the situation under control. ...read more

We loved the shower in the bathroom.
The printer for the computer in lobby wasn't working.
Overall the experience was better than I had expected. The beds comfortable and the continental breakfast was more than I had expected. My husband and I both enjoyed their shower. The sound level was good; I didn't hear people in the other rooms. ...read more
